Built in the 1930s, the villa was designed to emphasize the view of the lake and the Piedmontese Alps behind the lake.

The 30,000 m² secular park is in direct continuity with the lake shore, which can be accessed directly.

Curious presence, within the property, is that of a large erratic boulder deposited here in the ice age by the glacier that formed the lake.

In the summer you can set up tables outdoors in the park, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the enchanting panorama offered by Lake Maggiore.
