On Lake Maggiore, planning services typically start from 2.500€ for weddings of up to 90 guests.

This includes the organization of the wedding day, ons-site attendance, along with pre-wedding and post-wedding moments such as a welcome gathering or brunch AND.
These additional events are thoughtfully planned as part of the overall experience, while on-site attendance is not included.

Should on-site coordination be required for pre-wedding events — for example assisting guests with logistics such as boat transfers — this can be arranged and quoted separately.
Brunches are always organized as part of the planning, although they are not attended on-site.
​A dedicated coordination team is also required on the wedding day, with the number of staff defined according to the size and complexity of the event.

Pre-wedding and post-wedding events are fully integrated into the planning process, while on-site presence for these events is quoted separately if required.

On-site coordination is designed for couples who prefer to manage the planning process independently, while ensuring that the wedding day is professionally coordinated.

This service includes timeline management, supplier coordination, and on-the-day supervision, allowing the couple to fully enjoy the event without handling logistics directly.

The service is typically priced at approximately 1.500€ for weddings of up to 100 guests.
​
Depending on the size and structure of the event, an additional team member may be required to support on-site coordination.
Staffing is defined according to the number of guests and the logistical complexity of the wedding.
Materials & Setup

To ensure a smooth and efficient setup, and to comply with venue regulations, all materials (such as stationery, favors, or decorative items) must be delivered in the days prior to the wedding, fully prepared and ready to be placed.

Items must be provided:

For example, place cards or escort cards must be delivered sorted by table and already arranged in the correct seating order.

Many venues do not allow leaving packaging materials on-site. For this reason, it is not possible to leave boxes, paper, or waste at the venue, nor to remove them after the event.

As an alternative, couples may choose to have all materials shipped directly to our office. In this case, we will prepare and transport them to the venue, ensuring everything is delivered ready for setup and without packaging.
